Patz Announces Name Change
(Pound, WI) Beginning January 1, 2009, Patz Sales, Inc. will officially change its name to Patz Corporation. Company President Darrell Patz made the announcement to employees at their Quarterly Review Meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2008.
Patz emphasized that this is a change in name only and the company will continue to be family-owned and operated from its corporate headquarters based in Pound, Wisconsin.
According to Patz, the name change will help strengthen the company's brand recognition as a designer, manufacturer and marketer of their own products and give Patz Corporation a greater opportunity to grow in the worldwide marketplace.
The company was founded in 1948 by Paul Patz and now celebrates its 60th Anniversary as a leading manufacturer in agricultural and industrial equipment worldwide.
